Family Details

Those who've been on camp before, will know there's often a camera nearby ready to catch the moment! We also have a few coordinated group photos across the week. These photos and videos provide some entertainment as we go through them all on the last night, help our campers to remember the fun we had, and also help us promote camp to future generations of campers!
If you do not wish to appear in any photos that could be shared online or in print (e.g. marketing materials, church newsletter, MWCC website etc), please also refrain from joining in with these staged group photos.

Conditions of Use

1. This form is valid for five years from the date you sign it. The consent for photographs to be taken will automatically expire after this time (although we may still use them in material etc)
2. We will not use the personal details or full names (which means name and surname) of anyone in a photographic image on video, or our website, in publicity material or any other printed publication
3. We will not include personal email or postal addresses, or phone numbers on video, on our website, in our publicity material or other printed publications
4. If we use photographs of individuals, we will not use the name of that person in the accompanying text or photo caption
5. If we use someone's first name in the text, we will not use a photograph of that person in the accompanying text or photo caption
6. We may use group photographs or footage with very general labels such as ‘a beach activity’ of ‘fun in the forest’
7. We will only use images of people who are suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being use inappropriately
8. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for photos taken by other campers and posted on social networking sites etc.

We are regularly upgrading our green ridge tents, and should have enough for any family that wishes to use one on camp. The newer ones, that zip up and have a sewn in groundsheet will be prioritised for those families with young children.

We are fairly limited for suitable space for pitching tents, but we will do our best to accommodate your preference! If you have any specific requirements for your sleeping arrangements, please click 'other' and complete the next question that appears.

We know a lot of our campers are connected with churches. Over the years some churches have made donations to MWCC that have enabled certain activities, purchase of equipment (tents marquees, showers etc!) or helped made camp more affordable for individuals. It's vital funding that we simply could not have done without over the years. It would be good to know (after a conversation with yourself on camp!) if you think your church might be approachable for a gift to our charity in the future! (There's no pressure or hard sell here!)
